I <br />F1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 27, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present and acting on petitions: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />39 Woodcliffe Rd., Amelia Breiting and John Schmitz requested variances of <br />dimensional controls to maintain existing structures as located and to add an <br />addition (foyer) which would have less than 30 ft. front yard setback. <br />55 Pleasant St., Evelyn R. and Grant J. Mayne requested variances of dimensional <br />controls to maintain existing house as located on Milliken Rd. and to add addition <br />which would have less than required frontyard setback (from Milliken Rd.). <br />1088 Massachusetts Ave., Wendy Tighe -Hendrickson requested a special permit to use <br />a portion of her home as an office for counseling as a licensed psychologist. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />39 Woodcliffe Rd <br />- variance for existing house granted unanimously. <br />- variance for foyer addition denied by following vote: <br />in favor: Woodruff M. Brodhead and Natalie H. Riffin; <br />opposition: Robert M. Gary, Irving H. Mabee & Thomas G. Taylor - <br />55 Pleasant St. variances granted unanimously. <br />1088 Mass. Ave. - SP granted (expires May 27, 1985). <br />Present and acting re.public hearing continued from April 22: <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Eric T. Clarke, Associate Member <br />Land off Grove St. & No. Emerson Rd., Oscar Cormier's request for SP for cluster <br />development for 20 single family housing units. <br />Decision filed with Town Clerk: SP granted unanimously with conditions. <br />(filed 7/1/82 -see extension of time <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:28 p.m. request) <br />Note: Decisions contain <br />special conditions.
