' BOARD OF APPEALS <br />February 25, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />William C. Hays, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions (3). <br />35 Hartwell Ave., Atex Inc. requested a special permit for two (2) standing signs. <br />10 Pleasant St., Wilson Farms, Inc. requested renewal of special permits for a <br />roadside stand and seasonal sale of Christmas trees. <br />27-31 Waltham St., Lexington Enterprises, Inc. (Peking Garden Restaurant) requested <br />removal of certain restrictions in 1977 special permit which would allow.applicant <br />to use basement level rooms during all hours of operation. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />' 35 Hartwell Ave. - SP for 2 standing signs granted unanimously. <br />10 Pleasant St. - SPs renewed for 2 years (expiration date 3/1/84). <br />27-31 Waltham St. - Request denied. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m. <br />Note: Most decisions are made with <br />conditions.
