BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 14, 1982 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />87 Kendall Rd., Jean L. Parr - renewal of special permit to use a portion of her <br />home for an office for performing electrolysis by Jean L. Parr. <br />175 and 181 Bedford St., North Brook Park Condominium Trust - special permit to <br />allow free standing directory signs at 175 and 181 Bedford St. <br />459-505 Bedford St., Tennis Club Guarantors Trust and Lexington Racquet and Swim <br />Club, Inc., G. Richard Beamon and Frederick J. Conroy, Trustees - to modify and <br />clarify existing permit and also, to allow a restaurant on premises for members. <br />(Later it was agreed to substitute "kitchen/eating area/lounge" for the word <br />restaurant) . <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />87 Kendall Rd. - SP granted unanimously (expires 1/24/87) <br />175 and 181 Bedford St. - SP for 9 signs granted unanimously. <br />459-505 Bedford St. - SP modifying and clarifying their existing permit to allow <br />the kitchen, eating area, and lounge. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m. <br />Note: Most decisions are made <br />with conditions.
