BOARD OF APPEALS <br />November 5, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Anne Scigliano, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. (5) <br />47 Rindge Avenue, Antonio N. and Concetta M. Cataldo - special permit, pursuant <br />to zoning by-law section 7.4.9 (dimensional controls) to maintain the existing <br />single family house and garage as located (since 1927 and 1932). <br />6 Hastings Road, Steven B. Sitzman - variance of dimensional controls to construct <br />an addition to the dwelling. <br />128 Spring St., Beal & Co., Inc. (Ledgemont Associates) - special permit for <br />two signs (one to be illuminated) located on petitioner's property. <br />1265 Massachusetts Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo.- special permit to process and sell <br />fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms. This is renewal <br />of permission granted yearly since 1948. There are no changes. <br />1265 Massachusetts Ave., Seasons Four - special permit to sell Christmas trees <br />and to stay open until 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, November 27 through December <br />23, 1981. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />47 Rindge Ave. - SP ,granted unanimously. <br />6 Hastings Rd. - variance granted unanimously. <br />128 Spring St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />1265 Mass. Ave.: <br />Anthony R.
