BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 22, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's meting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. (4) <br />28 Woodpark Circle, Alan and Pamela Jones - special permit for a swimming pool. <br />682 Marrett Rd., Burrell C. Lowery - variance of dimensional controls to construct <br />a 2 -car garage. <br />11 Depot Square, Flowers at the Depot, Inc. - special permit for a standing sign. <br />55 Hayden Ave., W. R. Grace & Co. - special permit (SPS) for an addition to the <br />office building. This addition is in concert with the Master Plan for the property <br />developed by W. R. Grace & Co. and approved by the Board of Appeals in 1974. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />28 Woodpark Circle - SP granted unanimously. <br />682 Marrett Rd. - variance denied unanimously. <br />11 Depot Sq. - SP granted unanimously. <br />55 Hayden Ave. - SPS granted unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:27 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
