BOARD OF APPEALS <br />October 8, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Ruth Morey, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />175-181 Bedford St., Mark Moore, Jr. - special permit for a free standing illum- <br />inated sign, identifying North Brook Park and Heritage Hall and also a small <br />directional sign on premises. <br />130 Pleasant Street, Lexington Montessori School - special permit, pursuant to <br />Section 3.3, to construct a 2 -story, 2,500 sq. ft. addition at the rear of the <br />present building at 130 Pleasant Street. <br />570 Marrett Road, Paul and Milenka Bauer - special permit for a continued use <br />of the dwelling and garage at 570 Marrett Rd. under the provisions of Sections <br />3.3 and 7.4.9 and a variance to add an addition which would also have insuffici- <br />ent setback. <br />' Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />175-181 Bedford St. - special permit for 2 signs granted unanimously. <br />130 Pleasant St. - special permit granted unanimously. <br />570 Marrett Rd. - special permit and variance granted unanimously. <br />In other action the Board of Appeals unanimously approved the write-up of <br />the decision re. <br />453 Concord Avenue, Krebs School Foundation, Inc., granting a SP for two signs. <br />(The hearing was held on August 13.
