BOARD OF APPEALS <br />September 24, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regualr meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman <br />Natalie H. Ri.ffin, Vice Chairman <br />Robert M. Gary <br />Eric T. Clarke, Associate <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions.(3). <br />34 Circle Rd., John J. and Cheryl J. Kelly - special permit for a continued use <br />of the dwelling. Porchofhouse, built 23 years ago, is 11 feet from side yard <br />instead of 15 feet. <br />727 Marrett Rd., Sheraton Lexington Inn - special permit for an illuminated roof <br />sign. <br />93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - for an amendment of present special <br />permit to include Sunday openings (12 noon to 6 p.m.) for 3 Sundays in December, <br />Dec. 6, 13 and 20, 1981. <br />' Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />,34 Circle Rd. - special permit.granted unanimously. <br />727 Marrett Rd.- special permit granted unanimously. <br />93 Hancock St. - special permit (temporary) granted unanimously for 1981 only. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:32 p.m. <br />Note: Most decisions are made <br />with conditions.
