Ludlow - variance of dimensional controls to maintain a garage as presently located with insufficient rear and side yard setbacks. 235 Bedford St., Harry Knight - variance of dimensional controls to allow the existing building to remain as located at 235 Bedford St. No use change is intended or expanded. 424 Bedford St., Boston Properties - special permit to erect a temporary, free standing sign during the construction of the office complex on the Site. 20 Waltham St., Postmark Steak House, Inc. (Melting Pot International, Inc.'s building), Edward V.
