Riffin <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />William C. Hays, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. (7) <br />24 Adams St., G. Roger and Dorothy S. Martin - special permit for a swimming pool. <br />29 Barberry Rd., Judith V. Jordan and William M. Redpath - special permit for a <br />trailer to store household items during renovation of their house. <br />5 Rolling Lane, Bruce A. and Anita W. Brincklow, - variance to maintain a tool shed. <br />1265 Mass. Ave., Seasons Four - special permit to build a greenhouse to grow plants <br />for retail sales. <br />85 Hartwell Ave., Boston Properties - special permit (SPS) to construct and use an <br />office building and research laboratories. <br />85 Hartwell Ave., Boston Properties - variances with respect to the office building: <br />(1) to vary the minimum width of parking aisles from 24 feet to 20 feet. <br />(2) to vary the maximum percentage of compact automobile spaces from 15% to 24.63%. <br />85 Hartwell Ave., Boston Properties - special permit re. National Flood Insurance <br />District - Section 9.6. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />24 Adams St. - SP granted unanimously. <br />29 Barberry Rd. - SP granted unanimously (expires 12/31/81) . <br />5 Rolling Lane - Variance granted unanimously (see conditions) . <br />1265 Mass.
