BOARD OF APPEALS <br />April 23, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie'H. Riffin <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following 7 petitions. <br />23 Stimpson Ave., Frank and Janice Silipigni - special permit for a swimming pool. <br />643 Waltham St., James B. Catalano - renewal of special permit to continue opera- <br />tions of retail business of selling flowers, produce and plants grown on premises. <br />30 Woodpark Circle, Martin R. and Lenna Stiglitz - variance of dimensional controls <br />to enlarge the foyer of their dwelling, resulting in a 24 ft. front yard setback <br />instead of 30 ft. <br />17 Fairview Ave., George P. and Ann K. Changelian - variance of dimensional controls <br />to add a family room to the rear -of house. <br />537 Lowell St., Hugh M. Leichtman - renewal of temporary special permit with respect <br />to the use of a barn for temporary living quarters. The request is to continue the <br />use. No change is sought. <br />L777 Mass. Ave., Guenther and Nicole E. Weinkopf - special permit to establish a <br />restaurant featuring Viennese -Continental cuisine. <br />24 Hartwell Ave., Michael L. Colangelo, Trustee, Mico Realty Trust - special permit <br />(SPS) for construction of a 3 -story addition (24,000 sq. ft. each floor) to the <br />office building at 24 Hartwell Ave. The new construction is to be used as additional <br />office space for the existing tenant. 4,000 sq. ft. of space will be for cafeteria <br />space for use of the employees only. Parking is on the same lot. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />23 Stimpson Ave. - SP granted unanimously. <br />643 Waltham St. - SP granted unanimously (expires 4/12/83) <br />30 Woodpark Circle - Variance granted unanimously. <br />17 Fairview Ave. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />537 Lowell St. - temp. SP granted unanimously (expires 4/8/82). <br />1777 Mass.
