[ I <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />March 26, 1981 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Gary, Associate <br />A public hearing was held on the petition of Tektronix, Inc., 482 Bedford St. <br />Petition was made by Keshian and Reynolds, P.C.,for a special permit (SPS - Site <br />Plan Review under Section 3.4). Applicant seeks an amended approval to the special <br />permit approved after hearing May 8, 1980 because of the need to alter a portion of <br />the topography and because of the need to utilize an alternate method of dealing <br />with surface water and ground water drainage. Further amendment of special permit <br />requested to permit Tektronix to maintain parking in its front yard in excess of <br />the amount permitted by Section 9.8.6 of the By -Law if Tektronix uses its best <br />efforts to obtain variances for compensatory parking and is unsuccessful in the <br />event that Bedford Street is widened. <br />Decision filed with the Town Clerk. <br />482 Bedford St. - SPS granted uanimously with certain conditions. <br />Please reference the detailed decision. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:12 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
