BOARD OF APPEALS <br />February 12, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />William C. Hays, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />450 Bedford St., Michael L. Colangelo - special permit (SPS) for construction of a <br />two-story office building with parking underneath. Also a special permit for a t <br />standing sign. <br />93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - renewal of the special permit to store <br />and sell all of the supplementary items specified in ZBL section 5.5, paragraph 1, <br />in conjunction with the operation of a nursery. <br />2 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. - special permit (SPS) for an addition. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />450 Bedford St. - SPS for office building granted unanimously. <br />SP for free standing sign granted unanimously. <br />93 Hancock St <br />- SP granted unanimously to 2/12/82. <br />2 Forbes Rd.
