Associates departed. <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />25 Taft Ave., Glen R. Elliott - variance to maintain existing dwelling. <br />23 Blueberry Lane, Jeraldine Martinson - variance of dimensional controls in order <br />to construct an addition to the existing dwelling and any variance necessary to <br />maintain existing structures. <br />739 Massachusetts Ave., Waldorf School, Inc. - special permit for a free standing <br />identification sign. Waldorf School is leasing the former Adams School from the <br />Town of Lexi gton. <br />63 Paul Revels Rd., John D. Brucchi - renewal of special permit to operate a pri- <br />vate riding school for two years. <br />1265 Mass. A ., Seasons Four - renewal of special permits: <br />to sell <br />Christmas trees <br />and wreaths t retail in the <br />nursery yard and extend opening <br />hours to <br />be effective <br />from Novembe 10 to December <br />23, 1980, Monday through Friday, <br />9 a.m. <br />to 8 p.m. <br />25 Taft Ave. - Variance granted unanimously. <br />23 Blueberry Lane - Variances granted unanimously. <br />63 Paul Revere Rd. - SP granted to John Brucchi (expires 12/31/82). <br />739 Mass. Ave. - SP granted unanimously. (left side of driveway) <br />1265 Mass.
