BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 8, 1980 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />'Phomas G. Taylor <br />Robert M. Gary, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />3 Minute Man Lane, Gertrude A. Flynn - special permit to construct an inground <br />pool. <br />44 Allen Street and Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - <br />variance of dimensional controls to allow a 50' frontage for the existing church <br />building. (Trinity Covenant Church) <br />44 Allen Street, Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - <br />special permit to subdivide a 14.4 acre tract of land as a cluster development, <br />for 6 single family house lots of not less than 20,000 sq. £t. per lot and with <br />frontage of not less than 120 ft. Parcel "A" containing the Church is not one of <br />the six lots but is included in the Cluster Development. <br />' 482 Bedford St., Tektronix, Inc. - Site Plan Review and approval for a special <br />permit for a building addition and parking and use of the building addition for <br />office and research development. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />3 Minute Man Lane - granted unanimously. <br />44 Allen St. (church) - unanimously granted. <br />44 Allen St., Clematis Way (6 dwelling units) - granted unanimously. <br />482 Bedford St. - unanimously granted. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:22 p.m. <br />ri <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
