BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' April 10, 1980 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Woodruff M. Whitman, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />34 Parker St., Charles H. Brenton - variance of dimensional controls to allow a <br />front porch to be rebuilt with a larger roof, thus increasing the non -conformity <br />of an existing legal non -conforming house. <br />21 Circle Rd., Charles H. Olson and Margo Yewell Olson - variance of dimensional <br />controls to allow an existing single family dwelling to be maintained as located. <br />18 Nickerson Rd., Diane Bay Humenansky, M.D. - special permit to use a portion of <br />her residence as an office. <br />21 Moreland Ave., Joseph and Adeline Fournier - appeal from the denial by the <br />Building Commissioner of the issuance of a building permit for 21 Moreland Ave., <br />notice of Appeal having been made by Attorney Donald L. Connors, Tyler & Reynolds, <br />Boston. <br />15 Scott Rd., Theodore L. Freeman, Trustee, Kerrie Realty Trust - variance of dim- <br />ensional controls to allow a front yard setback of 20 ft. <br />17 Scott Rd., Theodore L.
