BOARD OF APPEALS <br />March 13, 1980 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Robert V. Whitman <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions. <br />61 Dexter Road, William A. and Sara N. Rabkin - variances of dimensional controls <br />to maintain an existing dwelling as located with insufficient front and side yard <br />setbacks. <br />Blake Rd. (Map 71, Lot 271), John castoldi Trust B, Yolanda M. Castoldi and Lario <br />J. Balboni, Trustees - variances from dimensional controls to consider the lot a <br />buildable lot so that a house may be built thereon according to specifications con- <br />tained in the deed. Lot area is 10,380 sq. ft. and frontage 94.90 ft. <br />15 Moon Hill Road, Kay L. Kuhne Ting - special permit to use a portion of the Ting <br />residen:e as an architectural office. <br />' 537 Lowell Street, Hugh M. Leichtman - temporary special permit under Sec. 25.8.1 to <br />convert and use a barn for.living quarters for a special purpose and limited time. <br />Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. <br />61 Dexter Rd. - unanimously granted. <br />Blake Rd. - granted unanimously variances from minimum area and frontage require- <br />ments only. All current zoning bylaw setback requirements for front, side and rear <br />yards must be met. <br />15 Moon Hill Rd.,- granted unanimously (expires 3/15/82). <br />537 Lowell St. - granted unanimously for one year (expires 4/8/81). <br />Other Action: Board members finalized the decision re.
