BOARD OF APPEALS <br />January 10, 1980 <br />' 7:30 p.m. <br />'Ihe Board ofjAppeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Mosey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Natalie]H. Riffin <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />2 Leroy Rd., Lydia T. Darress, f/n/a Lydia T. Bellantoni - variance to maintain <br />existing structures built between 1941 and 1943. <br />112 Kendall Rd., Nicholas A. and Alma V. LaFauci - variance to maintain dwelling <br />as located. <br />10 Maguire Rd., Itek Corp, - special permit to allow for alteration of a building. <br />9 Ledgelawn Ave., Elizabeth A. Bentley - variance to maintain existing dwelling <br />and a variance to construct an addition. <br />4 Berwick Rd. (Lot 57), Guy F. Reed, Jr. and Marjorie S. Reed - variance to allow <br />2 Leroy Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />112 Kendall Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />10 Maguire Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />9 Ledgelawn Ave. - granted unanimously. <br />4 Berwick Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />179 Bedford St. -'granted unanimously. <br />Other business: <br />The Board discussed the Warrant Articles proposed for Town Meeting by the <br />Planning Board for changes to the sign by-law and zoning by-law;, in particular <br />"accessory apartments" and "Use Variances". It has been proposed that the sign <br />by-law become part of the zoning by-law. The Board took no official action at <br />this time. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
