BOARD OF APPEALS <br />September 27, 1979 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Irving H. Mabee <br />Natalie H. Riffin <br />Robert V. Whitman, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions: <br />57 Harding Rd., Richard J. and Mary Kirk Snell - variance to maintain structures. <br />12 Revolutionary,Rd., Stanley C. and Regina K. Reynolds - variance to maintain <br />structures. A 1956 variance was never properly recorded. <br />30 Hancock St., Mary M. Jones, Tr. - variance for a playhouse location. <br />271 Marrett Rd., Jonathan and Monika Brand - special permit to convert dwelling to <br />two family and a variance to allow less sideyard than required under zoning by-law. <br />186 Bedford St., Mystic Valley Mental Health Association, Inc. - special permit to <br />add a second story for additional office space. Also, special permit for a sign. <br />225 Marrett Rd.,;Cambridge Farms Realty Tr. - variance of frontage requirements. <br />The Planning Board has waived the requirement under G.L. Ch. 41 Sec. 81R. <br />Decisions filed With the Town Clerk. <br />57 Harding Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />12 Revolutionary Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />30 Hancock at. - denied unanimously. <br />271 Marrett 'Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />225 Marrett Rd. - granted unanimously. <br />186 Bedford St. - decision deferred to 10/18/79. <br />At the conclusion of the 186 Bedford St. hearing, the Board determined that <br />they needed further information from the Petitioner and Planning Board with respect <br />to future (long range plans) for Mystic Valley, as well as, parking requirements <br />and space needs. Mrs. Morey and Mrs. Riffin were authorized to meet with the Mystic <br />Valley officials toward this end and the Board voted to adjourn until the further <br />necessary information with respect to 186 Bedford St. could be provided. <br />(See 10/18/79 minutes.) <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Jf <br />Evelyn F.
