BOARD OF APPEALS <br />' September 13, 1979 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman <br />Woodruff M. Brodhead <br />Thomas G. Taylor <br />Clarence D. Turner, Associate <br />William C. Scouler, Associate <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings <br />having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. <br />12 Sullivan St., Paul B. and Marguerite A. Thomas - variance to maintain existing <br />dwelling as located. <br />17 Green Lane, Adriann Schrauwen - special permit for a swimming pool. <br />41 Ledgelawn Ave., Arthur T. McKearney - variance to maintain existing dwelling as <br />located and a special permit to construct a pool. <br />36 Albermarle Ave., Frank Procopio - variance to construct a garage. <br />60 Westview St., Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States - special <br />permit to construct a solvent storage building, to be owned and maintained by the <br />U.S. Government. S special permit for this project was previously granted on <br />June 1, 1978 to R & W Realty Trust. Construction delay due to change in Government <br />contracting procedures. <br />North St. (Tymewood subdivision)- Lots 5 & 6, Ralph H. Hall, Trs., S & A Realty Tr. <br />for the necessary variances with respect to frontage requirements. <br />Decisions filed with Town Clerk. <br />12 Sullivan St. granted unanimously. <br />17 Green Lane - (granted unanimously. <br />41 Ledgelawn Ave. - SP and Variance granted unanimously. <br />North St. lots - granted unanimously. <br />36 Albermarle Avga. - granted unanimously. <br />60 Westview St. - granted unanimously <br />The meeting, adjourned at 10A5 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
