Board of Appeals Hearings December 13, 1977 (continued) -2 <br />' Jefferson Union Company, a Massachusetts Corporation having a usual place of <br />business in Lexington, to continue the use of variances previously granted to <br />G. Ruth and Paul J. McCormack in 1959 and 1973 to use the land and buildings <br />now numbered 789 Massachusetts Avenue in said Lexington under the uses permitted <br />in Sections 25.40, 25.41 and 25.42 of the Zoning By-laws. <br />James B. Hansen et als - to rescind the granting of a building permit by the <br />building department, issued to Lexington Gardens on.30 September 1977, for the <br />construction of two new greenhouses. <br />DECISIONS: The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting.
