BOARD OF APPEALS <br />June 3, 1976 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Thursday, June 3, 1976, <br />beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Office <br />Building. Present were: Chairman Nickerson, Ruth Morey, Irving H. Mabee <br />and associates, Natalie H. Riffin and Clarence Turner. Also present were a <br />room full of townspeople, a representative of the League of Women Voters <br />and a Lexington Minute -Man Reporter. <br />Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices having <br />been mailed to the proper owners of land and advertised in the newspaper as <br />required by law. <br />Scott Properties, Inc. - variances of Section 27 to maintain the dwelling at <br />17 Circle Road with a sideyard of 8.86 ft. instead of the required 10 ft. <br />and a front yard setback of 24.67 ft. instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Jacek A. Mroczhowski and Isabel H. Mroczhowski - variance of Section 27 so <br />as to maintain on the property known as and numbered 11 Bates Road an exist- <br />ing dwelling house with a carport 13' 3" from the Northeasterly side line <br />instead of the required 15'. <br />John R. Beaver - variance of Section 27 to keep in place a white steel shed <br />placed on the property at 21 Lincoln Street. The shed is located approxi- <br />mately 4 ft. from the lot line. <br />K. E. Palm - variance of Section 27 (maximum height 40 ft.) to install an <br />amateur radio antenna 50 ft. high at 12 Westwood Road. <br />The Board made the following decisions, all in open meeting with specta- <br />tors remaining to the end to hear the verdicts. See permits for details. <br />Scott Properties - granted with certain conditions unanimously after much <br />debate and almost reluctantly. <br />Mroczhowski - granted unanimously. <br />Beaver - granted unanimously. <br />Palm - granted unanimously. <br />All pertinent material is on file in the Board of Appeals' office under <br />the name of the petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11 p.m. <br />1 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />zfa-� <br />Evelyn F.
