The permit is granted to Manuel G. Rose, Jr. personally, and does not <br />run with the land. <br />3. The number of employees is limited to the existing number. <br />4. No further expansion of the existing building shall be allowed. <br />5. There shall be no outside storage of motor vehicles, trailers, <br />machinery, or other equipment. <br />6. This permit, granted for two years, expires February 13, 1977. <br />-3 <br />Bonnell - Granted unanimously: a temporary special permit, pursuant to section <br />25.94, to use his residence at 34 Spring Street until June 30, 1975, to complete <br />work as an illustrating artist of childrens' text books, with the assistance of <br />no more than two artists in addition to the petitioner. Every effort should be <br />made to keep traffic and parking to a minimum.
