IMay 2, 1972 hearings continued: -2 <br />Calvin H. and Virginia Brandford - granted unanimously subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br />1. Fencing shall completely surround the pool and be of adequate height. <br />2. The gate shall be self closing and self latching. <br />3. There shall be no flood lighting bothersome to neighbors. <br />4. The pool shall not be illuminated and used after 10 p.m. <br />Emanuel and Karen A. Schnall - granted unanimously. <br />Marilyn M. and Keith W. Harrison (Golden Hand Fabric Shop) - granted on a <br />vote of 4 to 1. Chairman Nickerson voted in opposition to the granting of <br />this free standing sign. This permission is subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The Historic Districts Commission shall dictate their approval of <br />the design and color. <br />2. The bottom of the sign shall be 6 feet above the ground and anchored <br />to the building. <br />3.
