No sign shall be erected on Lowell Street. <br />5. The stand shall be operated from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. six days a week, <br />and from 9:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. <br />6. The lights on the parking area shall be shielded so that they do not <br />shine at neighboring houses. <br />7. Sufficient parking space will be available for 20 cars. <br />8. The premises must be kept in a neat and orderly condition and no empty <br />boxes, barrels or similar material stored outside the building. <br />9. Access to the premises shall be from Lowell Street and no traffic shall <br />be routed over Lillian Road. <br />10. No increase in the candlepower of the lights shall be allowed. <br />11. Soft drink vending machine shall be not exposed on the outside of the <br />building. <br />Lexington Professional Building Trust, Alfred P. Tropeano, Trustee - granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. No veterinarians, opticians and other offices engaged in retail sales <br />shall be permitted on the premises. <br />2. Studios, banks, finance companies, car rentals and similar businesses <br />shall not be considered among uses falling within the above definition <br />of permitted offices. <br />Norman L. Paul - voted 4 to 1 (Mr. Nickerson voting in opposition) in favor <br />of the following findings: <br />' 1. That in its judgment the public convenience and welfare will be substan- <br />tially served by granting the permission requested. <br />2. That the permission requested will not tend to impair the status of the <br />neighborhood because no undue noise will be involved and parking will be <br />kept to a minimum. <br />3. That the permission requested will be in harmony with the general purposes <br />and intent of the regulations in the Lexington Zoning By -Laws even though <br />the number of people attending will be large. This is counter balanced by <br />there only being one meeting per week. <br />Pursuant to the said findings above, the Board hereby in a vote of 4 to 1 <br />decides to permit: Special permission to Dr. Norman L. Paul under section <br />25.81 to use part of his residence at 26 Barberry Road as a part-time office <br />for the practice of medicine, practice to be limited to family psychiatry, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. This permission will expire January 29, 1973. <br />2. This permission shall be specifically to use this office for a multiple <br />family group meeting on Thursday nights from 7:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. <br />If the meeting does not occur on Thursday night there may be a substitute <br />meeting on another week day night. <br />3. -A maximum of 30 people may attend. <br />4. Dr. Paul's statement that no off street parking will be allowed will be <br />accepted by the Board of Appeals providing that all visitors' cars be <br />parked in his driveway which he states will accomodate six cars. <br />All pertinent material is on file under the name of each petitioner. <br />' The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m. ,v p , CaI1-- <br />Evel 7yn F.
