C <br />1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 30, 1969 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, September 30, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Dawes, <br />Sheldon, Wadsworth and associate member Emery. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Otis N. Minot- variance to permit building a shed roof 22 ft x 12 ft., <br />attached to the west side of the existing garage located at 22 Eliot Rd., <br />with the nearest point to rear line 12.2 ft. instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Robert 0. Tillinghast - variance to permit use of Lot A, corner of Vine <br />and Woburn Streets, which would have less than the required frontage, 126 <br />feet instead of the required 150 feet, and to permit a building lot on Lot B, <br />Woburn St. which would have 80 feet frontage instead of the required 150 feet <br />and would have an area of 25,000 sq. ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq. <br />ft. <br />Trustees of Lexington Electronic Realty Trust - a finding and determination <br />that the proposed addition of the storage , mail and shipping area at the north- <br />westerly side of the existing building, located at 141 Spring Street, constitutes <br />a suitable development. <br />Pleasant Brook Pool Corporation - permission to use Lot 101A, Mason Street, <br />for the building of a neighborhood pool for recreation purposes, which parcel <br />does not have the required frontage. <br />Lexington Gardens Inc. - special permit for an addition, 67 feet x 273 feet, <br />to be built onto the existing greenhouse located at 93 Hancock Street: the addition <br />to be used for the purpose of growing plants and also permission to black -top an <br />existing gravel parking area. <br />Joachim R. Sinek petition was withdrawn September 26, 1969 so was not heard. <br />Following the hearings an executive session was held during which the <br />following decisions were made: <br />Otis N. Minot - granted. <br />Robert 0. Tillinghast - denied <br />Trustees of Lexington -Electronic <br />Pleasant Brook Pool Cogppration - <br />Lexington Gardens, Inc. - denied. <br />Joachim R.
