BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />April 15, 1969 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals.was held on Tuesday, <br />April 15, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Sheldon, Dawes, Wadsworth, <br />and Associate Member, Emery. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Albert J. DeBernardi - permission to maintain the house at 22 Harbell <br />Street, with a front yard of 28 1/2 feet instead of the required 30 feet. <br />Kennecott Copper Corporation - Ledgemont�Laboratory - permission to <br />construct a four -level parking structure and related changes in site <br />constnnction according to drawings submitted. <br />Dominic Deflice - for a Finding and Determination to build an office <br />building 64' x 112', two-story and basement, on Lot No. 4, 21 Worthen Road, <br />plot and parking plans in accordance with drawing submitted. <br />Middlesex Tennis_ and Swin Club - permission to build four outdoor <br />tennis courts at 415 Bedford Street, according th drawings submitted. <br />' Frank and Clara DiRocco_- variance to make Lot DB on Sanderson Road <br />a buildable lot with insufficient area and frontage. <br />At the close of the hearings, an executive session was held during which <br />the following decisions were reached: <br />Albert J. DeBernardi - granted. <br />Kennecott Copper Corporation - granted. <br />Dominic Deflice - granted. The building is to conform exactly with <br />that recently built next door. <br />Middlesex Tennis and Swim :Club - Granted. Court No. 1 to be 60' x 120', <br />hurts Nos. 2, 3, and 4 to be 156' x 120', court <br />0. 1 to be continuous to court No. 2. No bleachers <br />would be constructed, but benches would be built inside <br />the fence. The vote was 4-1, Wadsworth,:hegattftei. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m. <br />1 <br />Dean Johnson, Clerk <br />
