1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />April 1, 1969 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />April 1, 1969, at 7:30 P.m, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Dawes, Abbott and <br />Wadsworth and Associate member, Brodhead. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />E. L. Sharkey (Raytheon Company) - for permission to continue the <br />use and extedd for two years, beginning March 30, 1969, on the premises <br />known as lot #11, 16 Hazel Road, Lexington, as the site of microwave trans- <br />mitting eRnifinent, including specifically a long-range calibration unit. <br />Dr. William G. Graham - for permission to maintain a sign in front of <br />office at 21A Muzzey Street. The present sign to be maintained on a single <br />4" x 4" post so that the total height shall not be more than 516" and that <br />the sign shall be located in line with the front of the building at 21 <br />Muazey Street. <br />' Robert E. Doran - permission to construct on the peemises at 150 East <br />Street, a greenhouse 20' x 44' to be used for growing plants. House to be <br />steel, wood and glass construction. <br />James F. McKinney - permission to erect permanently a storage shed for <br />winter use, and use as a summer screen house during the summer in rear of <br />his home at 14 Rindge Avenue. Size of shed to be 1610" x 618" extending to a <br />distance of 1'6" of rear yard line; tvw sides to have solid framing and two <br />sides combination screen and glass. <br />Robert Cataldo - Ray Howland, Jr.- permission for a special permit <br />under Section 33 (Planned Unit Development) of the Zoning By -Law, to <br />subdivide the property located at 23-25 Bryant Road and bounded easterly <br />by Bryant Road, southerly by lots along Emerson Road, Westerly by lots <br />along Maple Street and northerly by lots along Dickens Road (not Constructed) <br />and containing 15.4 acres more or less. <br />Auto Engineerinxj, Inc. - permission to have the decision of the Building <br />Inspector annulled or for a variance from the Zoning By -Law to permit the <br />storage of automobile parts and supplies in a truck trailer or portable <br />structure to be located on the premises occupied by the tenant of premises at <br />436 Marrett Road or a special permit for one year for the temporary use of <br />a truck trailer or a portable structure for storage of automobile parts and <br />supplies to be located on the premises of 436 Marrett Road. <br />Atlantic RichfieldCompany- permission to demolish existing structure <br />at 330 Woburn Street and replace with a new colonial style building consisting <br />of a sales room, necessary toilets and 3 -bay lubritorium with facilities for <br />a Massachusetts Inspection Station. The building is located in conformance <br />with requirements of the Zoning By -Law. <br />
