BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />July 2, 1968 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, July 2, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular <br />members D'awes,Abbott, Wadsworth and associate member Farwell. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Susan M. Rycroft for permission to vary the Lexington Zoning <br />By -Law in order to maintain as a buildable lot a lot designated <br />as 4A at 142 Woburn St. after deducting from it a lot designated <br />as 4B and adding it to lot #3, all in accordance with a plot plan <br />engineered by Miller & Nylander dated 4/15/68. <br />Carleton D. Adler for permission to vary the Lexington Zoning <br />By -Law so as to allow the maintenance of the dwelling at 9 Suther- <br />land Rd. on a lot which contains insufficient frontage land area. <br />Honeywell, Incorporated for permission to erect a free- <br />standing sign to identify Honeywell, Incorporated's New Facility <br />at 2 Forbes Road. <br />Kennecott Copper Corporation for a special permit to place <br />' two mobile office trailers, each 10 ft. x 50 ft. on the petitioner's <br />property located at 128 Spring St, to be used as temporary office <br />space for a period of not more than one year. <br />Kennecott Copper Corporation for a Finding & Determination <br />concerning the site development and proposed building addition on <br />the petitioner's property located at 128 Spring St., Lexington. <br />Aris K. Andonian to vary the Lexington Zoning By -Law in order <br />to erect a tool shed at 138 Grant St. which would have insufficient <br />side and rear yards. <br />George T. Sullivan for permission to vary the Lexington Zoning <br />Bylaw in order to -add to an existing porch at 14 Smith Ave. The <br />addition to this porch would be 8'6" from lot line instead of the <br />required 10'. <br />Cunningham Hardware & Supply Compal for permission to erect a <br />corrugated plastic roof approximately 9' high, approximately 16' x 45' <br />in area, supported by 6"x6" redwood members and enclosed in green <br />vinyl -coated open mesh adjoining the existing hardware store at 327 <br />Woburn St. for the purpose of providing display area and weather pro- <br />tection for garden tools and hardware equipment. <br />Susan M.
