BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />December 20, 1966 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />December 20, 1966, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, Sheldon, <br />Wadsworth, associate member Brodhead, and the secretary, Mrs. Macomber. <br />The chairman called the hearings to order at 7:30 p.m, as <br />follows: <br />Muriel York - permission to continue operation of day nursery <br />at her home, 197 Grant St. <br />James Catalano - permission to contue operation of roadside <br />stand at 643 Waltham St. <br />William Sullivan - to vary the Lexington Zoning By -Law in order <br />to erect a building upon a poured foundation located at 2 Augustus Rd. <br />with a setback from the street of 28'1" rather than the specified 30' <br />setback. <br />Mark Moore, Jr. - to vary the Lexington Zoning By -Law in order <br />to erect a single family dwelling on Lot C, Tavern Lane, with a street <br />frontage of 115.99 ft. instead of the required 125 ft. <br />' James F. and Ann F. McCann = to vary the Zoning By -Law in order <br />to permit an existing structure to have a rear yard setback of three <br />ft.; and also to permit an existing tool shed to have a side yard <br />setback of one foot, on property now known as and numbered 11 Blodgett <br />Road. <br />LeRoy Realty Trust - to vary the Lexington Zoning By -Law in order <br />to erect a two-family house at 13 Sylvia St, which is in a one -family <br />zone; also to vary the Zoning By -Law in order to build with a 10 ft. <br />side yard instead of the required 12 ft. and 15 ft. front setback in- <br />stead of the required 30 ft. <br />Following the hearings an executive session was held during which <br />the following decisions were rendered: <br />Muriel York - granted <br />James Catalano - granted <br />William Sullivan - granted <br />Mark Moore, Jr. - granted <br />James F. and Ann F. McCann - denied <br />LeRoy Realty Trust - denied <br />All pertinent material is on file in each individual folder. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m. <br />Clerk <br />
