BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />September 13, 1966 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />September 13, 1966 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Hoyt, Sheldon and <br />Wadsworth, and associate member Morey. Also present was the secretary, <br />Mrs. Macomber. Hearing were opened at 7:30 p.m. as follows: <br />Evert N. Fowle - to vary the Zoning By -Law in order to construct <br />a two -car garage on property at 12 Winthrop Rd. which would have a 12 <br />ft. side yard instead of the required 15 ft. <br />George T. Sullivan - to vary the Zoning By -Law in order to build <br />a two -car garage at 60 Burlington St. which would be 12-1/2 ft. from the <br />rear lot line instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Caryl E. Gleason _ to vary the:ning By -Law in order to create <br />a buildable lot at the corner of Green Lime and Concord Turnpike which <br />would have insufficientfrontage and area due to a Town and State taking. <br />Muzzey Corporation, by Norman T. May - to vary the Zoning By -Law <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were made: <br />Evert N. Fowler unanimously granted <br />George T. Sullivan - unanimously granted <br />Caryl E. Gleason - unanimously granted <br />Muzzey Corporation - unanimously denied <br />John H. Millican - granted, four in favor, Mrs. Morey abstaining <br />All pertinent material with regard to above petitions is on file <br />in each individual folder. <br />A letter from the Planning Board was read which referred to the <br />codification and rearrangement of the Zoning By -Law, and it was decided <br />that the Board of Appeals had nothing to offer in this regard. <br />See Addenda for correspondence re: Muzzey and Millican petitions. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m. <br />Louise M.
