DOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 4, 1966 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, January 4, 1966, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, <br />Hoyt, Ripley and Wadsworth, and secretary Mrs. Macomber. <br />At 7:30 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: <br />Warren M. Haussler - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in <br />order to construct a carport at 12 Larchmont Lane with approximately <br />19 ft. setback instead of the required 30 ft. and with 13 ft. side yard <br />instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Charles H. and Susan E. Thomas - to vary the Lexington Zoning <br />By-law in order to maintain garage at 23 Patterson Rd. which has a <br />7-1/2 ft. wide yard instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Charles H. 1homas - for permission to erect a greenhouse <br />approximately 23 ft. x 16 ft. -for non-commercial use at 23 Patter- <br />son Rd. <br />Lexington Trust Company - for permission to locate a 15 ft. <br />travel trailer at #7 Muzzey St., Lexington, to be used for temporary <br />Drive -In banking service during a period of construction on Lexing- <br />ton Trust Co. main office building at 1822 Mass. Ave., Lexington. <br />Pasquale P. Barbieri - to convert a single-family dwelling at <br />161 North St. to a two-family dwelling. <br />Following the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Warren M. Haussler - granted <br />Charles H. and Susan E. Thomas - granted <br />Charles H. Thomas - granted <br />Lexington Trust Company - granted <br />Pasquale P. Barbieri - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is <br />on file in each individual folder. <br />The meeting adjourned at 99:45 p.m. <br />Louise M.
