BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' November 10, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, November 10, 1961, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office <br />Building. Present were Chariman Nickerson, regular members Hoyt, <br />Ripley and Wadsworth and associate member Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Follen Church Society for permission to sell Christmas trees <br />at 764 Massachusett-s-INTe.-Tecember 10 through December 24, 1961. <br />Antho% R. Cataldo for permission to build used steel framed <br />greenhouse 1 0 ft. long x 4U ft. wide at 1265 Massachusetts Ave. <br />Count -wide Offices Corporation for permission to construct <br />and insta 1 two identification signs adjacent to the Burroughs build- <br />ing now under constructinn at Spring St. and Route 2. <br />Donald L. Cruwys for permission to vary the Lexington Zoning <br />by-law in order to erect a single family dwelling at 45 Woburn St. <br />with a 20 ft. set back instead of the required 30 ft. <br />' John Modoono for permission to sell Christmas trees and <br />wreaths at 192 Woburn St. during the month of December. <br />Mark Moore Jr. for permission to vary the Zoning By-law in <br />order to build a d=up dwelling on Lot 1 Bedford St. and Larchmont <br />Lane which will be numbered 161 Bedford St. <br />Itek Corporation for a finding and determination that the pro- <br />posed buildings described in petition will constitute a suitable de- <br />velopment in and will not result in substantial detriment to the <br />neighborhood. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci- <br />sions reached: <br />Follen Church Society - granted.unanimously. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - granted unanimously <br />Country wide Offices Corporation - granted unanimously <br />Donald L. Cruwys - granted unanimously <br />John Modoono - granted unanimously <br />Mark Moore Jr. - granted unanimously <br />Itek Corporation - granted unanimously <br />All pertinent material regarding the above petitions is on file <br />under the name of each petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br />Louise M.
