Macomber, Clerk <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' <br />February 18, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, February 18, 1964 at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room, Town <br />Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Hoyt, <br />Ripley, Wadsworth and Associate Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Jane H. Carroll for permission tocpen a nursery school for <br />three- and four-year-old deaf children at her barn at 18 Independence <br />Avenue in the fall of 1961. <br />Robert V. and Constance V. Ericson for permission to convey <br />to Anthony and Nancy DiGiovanni of 10 Fairbanks Road, approximately <br />7,950 sq.ft. of land from non -conforming Lot 117 Cary Avenue. <br />Jacob Rice, M.D. for permission to allow the use of the first <br />floor of the building presently known as and numbered 99 Waltham Street, <br />as an office for the practice of medicine. <br />Robert L. Bartholomew for permission to perform alterations and <br />make additions to existing combination retail store and dwelling located <br />at 424 Marrett Road. <br />Edward F. Cataldo for permission to allow the division of the <br />property presently known as and numbered 404 Lincoln Street into two <br />lots. <br />Country -wide Offices Corporation for a finding and determination <br />that the construction of an office building to be occupied by Burroughs <br />Corporation in a C 3 zone on Spring Street, will be a desirable develop- <br />ment in and will not be detrimental to the neighborhood. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />Jane H.
