BOARu OF APPEALS HEARING <br />' November 5, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, November 5, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, Members <br />Abbott, Hoyt, Ripley and associate member llawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Thomas A. Napoli for permission to sell Christmas trees at 23 <br />Middle Street. <br />Eleanora Hutchinson for permission to build a garage at 219 <br />Lincoln Street which would have less than the required frontage. <br />Joseph A. Hingston for permission to erect a garage at 181 <br />Blossom Street which would have insufficient side yard. <br />Edward J. Gilbert for permission to maintain a vestibule which <br />is already under construction at 43 Brandon Street and which has in- <br />sufficient side yard. <br />' Edmund J. Waldron for permission to build a carport on his <br />premises at 385 Lowell street which would have insufficient side yard. <br />John Bresnihan for permission to maintain a dwelling at 103 Wood <br />Street with insufficient side yard. <br />P. Barbieri for permission to operate a foreign car sales and <br />parts service at the corner of Lowell and North Streets. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />Thomas A. Napoli - granted <br />Eleanora Hutchinson - granted <br />Joseph A. Hingston - denied <br />Edward J. Gilbert - granted <br />Edmund J. Waldron - granted <br />John Bresnihan - granted <br />P. Barbieri - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br />Louise M.
