BOARD OF ANYEALS hEARTNG <br />September 17,1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was <br />held on Tuesday, September 17, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman <br />Nickerson, members Ripley, Hoyt and Wadsworth, and associate <br />member Howard H. J)awes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Sacred Heart Parish_ for permission to build a roofed open porch <br />protection over granite steps at entrance of Sacred Heart Church, <br />Follen Road. <br />S. flan Skersey for permission to construct a swimming pool at <br />25 Hastings Road which would have insufficient rear and side yard <br />setbacks. <br />Wesley C. Nelson for permission to erect a dwelling on lots 159 <br />and 160 on Fottler Avenue which would have insufficient front yard <br />setback. <br />' Richard G. _Seed for permission to remove up to 50,000 cubic yards <br />of fill in conjunction with the construction of a private swimming pond <br />to be located at 258 East Street. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci- <br />sions reached: <br />Sacred Heart Parish - granted <br />S. Alan Skersey - denied <br />Wesley C. Nelson - denied <br />Richard G. Seed - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m. <br />Louise M.
