BQARu OF ArYEkLS HEARING <br />September 10,1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />on Tuesday, September 10, 19633 at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular mem- <br />bers lR.ipley, Wadsworth and Abbott, and associate member Mrs. Morey. <br />Mr. Abbott presided as Chairman for the evening. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Mrs. Viola Norlin for permission to continue operation of a <br />kindergarten at her home, lld Burlington Street. <br />Mrs. Nancy Schock, for permission to continue operation of a <br />kindergarten at her home, 8 Marrett Road.. <br />Mr. Anthony viRocco for permission to erect a house on Lot #2 <br />Dunham Street which is an unaccepted way. <br />Mr. Fred W. Meurling for permission to erect an implement shed <br />which would have insufficient side and rear yards. <br />Mr. H. I. Currier for permission to complete the structure of <br />a building, the foundation of which has already been constructed. The <br />building would have insufficient frontage and would be partially on C 1 <br />and partially on R 1 area. <br />Mr. Herbert C. Siegert for permission to use private residence <br />on 132 Follen Road for occasional consultations in the private prac- <br />tice of psychiatry. <br />The T & N Realty 'frust for a determination that site plans and <br />building designs constitute a desirable development in and will not <br />be a detriment to the neighborhood. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the above requests were discussed, and the following de- <br />cisions reached: <br />Viola Norlin - granted <br />Nancy Schock - granted <br />Anthony LiRocco - denied <br />Fred Meurling - granted <br />H. 1. Currier - denied <br />Herbert Siegert - denied <br />T & N Realty 'Trust - granted. <br />' All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner.
