BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />June 4, 1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, June 4, 1963 at 7:30 P.M. Present were Chairman Nickerson, <br />regular members Hoyt and Wadsworth, and associate members Dawes and <br />Ricker. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />William A. Myers for permission to subdivide Lot 8, 484 Concord <br />Avenue, into Lots 73 and 74, and to convey Lot 74 to abutting Lot 17, 4 <br />Barberry Road. <br />Gabriel J. Pica for permission to erect a dwelling at 5 Rindge <br />Avenue which would have side yards of 6k ft. on the right-hand side and <br />818+, on the left-hand side instead of the required 10 ft. <br />Jacob Rice for permission to use the entire building at 2 Forest <br />Street as an office for the practice of medicine. <br />Daniel Busa for permission to install ice vending machine at the <br />north end of block of stores at 145 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Paolo Puma for permission to subdivide a parcel of land at 127 <br />Woburn Street on which there is an existing house into two lots, each lot <br />having a frontage of 118 ft. instead of the required 150 ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />William A. Myers - granted <br />Gabriel J. Pica - granted <br />Jacob Rice - denied <br />Daniel Busa - granted <br />Paolo Puma - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />Ruth C.
