BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />11 March 12,1963 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, March 12, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Mr. Hoyt acting as <br />Chairman pro tem, regular members Abbott, Ripley, Wadsworth and asso- <br />ciate member Ricker. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Robert T. Dunham._Jr. for permission to subdivide parcel of land <br />at 4 Sylvia Street on corner of Massachusetts Avenue, leaving existing <br />dwelling on one part, which dwelling would have insufficient setback and <br />side yard, and building a commercial building on the other part, which <br />building would have insufficient setbacks and parking area. <br />Angelo Busa'for permission to continue operation of roadside stand <br />at 137 Grant Street for the sale of vegetables and eggs. <br />Lloyd H. Miller for permission to continue to operate roadside <br />stand at 973 Concord Turnpike for the sale of poultry, eggs, fruit and <br />vegetables. <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. for permission to continue to operate roadside <br />stand adjacent to #6 Pleasant Street. <br />' At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions <br />reached: <br />Robert T. llunham - granted <br />Angelo Busa - granted <br />Lloyd H. Miller - granted <br />Wilson Farm - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />Ruth C.
