BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />October 30, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of The Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, October 30, 1962 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, Hoyt and <br />Wadsworth, and associate member Sheldon. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />C. H. McGee - permission to operate a linoleum business and havece <br />additiona of ispace for rental purposes within the main building at <br />703-705 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />A. D. Velardocchia - permission to erect a carport at 5 Marshall <br />Rd. which will have a set back of 26 ft. instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Richard G. Dome - permission to construct a shed roof 16, x 16, <br />greenhouse for home use at 2361a Massachusetts Ave. <br />Kennecott Copper Corporation - for a finding and determination, <br />that the proposed addition to Kennecott Copper Corporation, Ledgemont <br />Laboratory, of a kitchen and proposed topographical changes, parking areas, <br />loading areas, maneuvering areas, driveways and thq location of intersec- <br />tions of driveways and streets are such that the proposed re -design and <br />additions will constitute a suitable development in and will not result in <br />substantial detriment to the neighborhood. <br />Jerome J. Green - permission to erect addition to dwelling at 28 <br />Winchester Dr., said addition to have side yard of 12 ft. instead of the <br />required 15 ft. <br />Lewis J. Rose - permission to maintain existing dwelling at 25 <br />Fairlawn Lane which has a side yard of only 8.1 ft. instead of the re- <br />quired 15 ft. <br />Allan Green - permission to erect a garage at 6 Barberry Rd. which <br />will not havehrequired side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />C. H. McGee - granted for a term of five years <br />A. D. Velardocchia - granted <br />Richard G. Domey - granted <br />Kennecott Copper Corp. - granted <br />Jerome J. Green - granted <br />Lewis J. Rose - granted <br />Allan Green - denied <br />' All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file <br />under the name of each petitioner. <br />Ruth C.
