BOARD OF APPYALS HEARINGS <br />October 16, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, October 16, 1962 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott, Hoyt, Ripley, <br />and associate member Dawes. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Nicholas C. Mabardy - permission to hang an awning valance from the <br />under parr of porch overhang at 43 Waltham St. with script on three sides <br />bearing the name t1Clip & Curl.'} <br />Kenneth Blodgett - permission to install and operate a coin operated <br />ice dispensing machine at 178 Bedford St. <br />Donald F. Green - permission to combine lots 66A and 66B Spring St. <br />thereby creating =bililding lot 50' wide by 100' deep, and to erect there- <br />on a Cape Colonial, 35' wide by 26' deep, which would have side yards of <br />only 7-1/7 ft. <br />Robert J. Gettelfi er - permission to maintain existing dwelling at <br />37 Tyler Rd. which has a setback of 24 ft. instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Joseph W.To�rii_ - permission to erect a house on lot 3 Vine St. which <br />would have a setback of 15 ft. instead of the required 30 ft. <br />KennethBlo�od ett - permission to install and operate eight coin- <br />operaT-ea=ry cleaning machines at 143-145 Mass Ave. <br />Francesco Mazzone - permission to erect a house on lot #2 Vine St. <br />which would have a set -back of 15 ft. instead of the required 30 ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Nicholas Mabardy - denied <br />Kenneth Blodgett 'r granted for one year <br />Donald F. Green - granted <br />Robert J. Gettelfinger - granted <br />Joseph W. Tripi - granted <br />Kenneth E.
