BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' AUGUST 14, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />August 14, 1962 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present <br />were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Hoyt, and Ripley, and <br />associate member Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Temple Emunah - permission to erect a building for religious and <br />educational use on a parcel of land near junction of Concord Turnpike <br />and Blossom St. which does not have required frontage. <br />Leo Enrico - permission to build a house on the corner of Bartlett <br />Ave. and Pear�St. which would have not the required front and rear yards. <br />Ernest E. Outhet - permission to install and operate eight coin - <br />opera ed dry c eaning machines at 407 Waltham St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Temple Emunah - granted <br />Leo Enrico - granted <br />Ernest E.
