BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' July 10, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, July 10, 1962, in the Selectmens Room, Town Office Building <br />on Tuesday, July 105 1962. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular <br />members Ballard and Ripley, and associate members Hoyt and Morey. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Temple Emunah for permission to construct a building of third <br />class construction for religious and educational use at junction of <br />Concord Turnpike and Blossom St. <br />Clarence Pierce. Jr. for permission to maintain dwelling and <br />garage at 193 Cedar St. with insufficient side yards. <br />G. H. Osgood for permission to extend and widen existing porch of <br />non -conforming dwelling at 573 Marrett Rd. <br />Charlisle L. Dieter for permission to erect tool shed at right rear <br />corner of lot at 217 East St. which would not have sufficient rear and <br />side yard. <br />' Frederic K. Johnson for permission to enlarge existing garage build- <br />ing at 39-1l Bedford St. <br />Charles Kinigsley for permission to demolish a single car garage and <br />construct a two car garage at 16 Franklin Road which will not have re- <br />quired side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached. <br />Temple Emunah - denied,;. <br />Clarence Pierce, Jr. - granted <br />G. H. Osgood - granted <br />Carlisle L. Dieter - granted <br />Frederic K.
