BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 13,1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, February 13, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, Lexington, Present were Chairman Nickerson and regular members <br />Ballard, Emery and Norris. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Homeland Realty. Tnc, for permission to maintain existing free- <br />standing sign at 405 Waltham Street. <br />,Joseph A. Busa for permission to erect and operate a roadside stand <br />on farmland at 52 Lowell Street for the sale of produce and nursery pro- <br />ducts. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Homeland Realty, Inc. - Denied <br />Joseph A. Busa - Granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />Following the decisions the board met with Mr. Samuel P. Snow, <br />Planning Director,who discussed with the board the advantages of breaking <br />down the M 1 district into M 15 CH 1 and CM 1. <br />Ruth C. Brodhead <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />
