BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 30, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, January 30, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, Lexington. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members <br />Ballard, Emery, Norris and Ripley. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Samuel Berman for permission to convey parcel of land consisting <br />of 4950 sq.ft., currently part of Lot 64-A on Barberry Road to property <br />at 11 Barberry Road (Lot 66A). <br />William P. Fitzeerald for permission to operate a garage for <br />storage and repair of motor vehicles at 177 Bedford Street. <br />Ann Marie Kinneen for permission to operate a secretarial service <br />board, to be known as the Reliable Answering Service, in her home at 4 <br />Percy Road. <br />Paint Rock Pool Corporation for permission to use Lot 86, Part- <br />ridge Road, Lexington, as a playground and to construct on this property <br />a non-commercial and non-profit swimming pool with the usual appurtenances <br />thereto. <br />' Rose Bagelman for permission to eliminate present first floor apart- <br />ment to create a storage space for present drugstore located at 16-22 <br />Massachusetts Avenue; and also to convert seven room apartment located in <br />same building into two apartments. <br />Arthur and Raymond DeVincent for permission to operate a roadside <br />stand at the corner of Pleasant Street and Cambridge Concord Turnpike. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Samuel Berman - granted <br />William P. Fitzgerald - granted <br />Ann Marie Kinneen - granted <br />Paint Rock Pool Corporation - granted <br />Rose Bagelman - granted <br />Arthur and Raymond DeVincent - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file under the name of each petitioner. <br />Ruth C.
