BOATW OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />IJanuary 9, 1962 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, January 9, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, Lexington. Present were Chairman Nickerson, and regular members <br />Ballard, Emery, Norris and Ripley. <br />The following petitions were heard: <br />Eric T. and Elizabeth H. Clarke, for permission to allow reduction <br />of property at 29 Moon Hill Road by approximately 450 sq.ft. which re- <br />sulting lot will not have sufficient frontage. <br />Edwin 0. and Ruth Lane Wheeler for permission to construct a two - <br />car carport at 31 Moon Hill Road which will not have sufficient side <br />and rear yards. <br />Gladys E. Sweeney for permission to relocate existing house at 47 <br />Blossom Crest Road on land remaining after State taking of 25 ft. The <br />new lot would be 50 ft. wide leaving approximately 13 ft. side yards. <br />Paul Mazerall for permission to construct an addition to dwelling at <br />20 Wilson Road which would have a side yard of 7-1/2 ft. instead of the <br />required 10 ft. <br />Mrs. Jack L. Radio for permission to erect an addition to a dwelling <br />at 3 Fiske Road which would have a setback at one corner of 25.3 ft. in- <br />stead of the required 30 ft. <br />Cabot. Cabot & Forbes Co. to vary Section 8(h)l.a. of the Zoning <br />By-law of the Town of Lexington with respect to parcel of land, contain- <br />ing 9.54 acres, located on Marrett Road and Route 128, and to use this <br />land with a frontage on Marrett Road of only 100.97 ft. plus a 25 ft. <br />radius rounded corner instead of the required 300 ft. <br />FXard T Martin,, Trustee, for a determination, pursuant to Section <br />5(g) of the Zoning By-law of the Town of Lexington, that the proposed Gar- <br />den Apartment buildings (to be known as Emerson Gardens Apartments) and <br />use, including the site plans and building designs constitute a desirable <br />development in and will not be detrimental to the neighborhood. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Eric and Elizabeth Clarke - granted <br />Edwin 0. and Ruth L. Wheeler - granted <br />Gladys E. Sweeney - granted <br />Paul Mazerall - granted <br />Mrs. Jack L. Radlo - granted <br />' Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Co. - granted <br />Edward T.
