J <br />m <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />November 28, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Tarn Office Building, on Tuesday, November 28, <br />1961. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ripley, Ballard, <br />Norris and Emery. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the <br />following petitions: <br />Ralph J. White - to maintain a garage at 81 Woburn St. with <br />insufficient side yardof5'3" instead of the required 101. <br />Men's Brotherhood of Hancock Church - to sell Christmas trees <br />in the parking loto ancooCongregational Church from December 15 <br />until December 2$, 1961. <br />Richard R. Corazzini'- to display and sell Christmas trees and <br />wreaths at 166 B ossom rom Dec. 10 thru Dec. 24; 1961 <br />Oscar W. Carlson - to build single family dwellings on Lots 1 <br />and 2 Gra . w ess than the required setback from the old line <br />of Grant St. Instead the house on Lot 1 would be 50 ft. back, and the <br />house on Lot 2 would be 40 ft. back from the line of the 1947 Grant St. <br />' layout. <br />William P. Fitzgerald - to operate a garage for storage and <br />repair of motor v is s at 7 Bedford St. <br />John E. Ward - to erect an addition to dwelling at 15 Robinson <br />Rd. which would ve a 22 ft. front yard instead of the required 30 ft. <br />and to maintain the present house which would have a 26 ft. front yard <br />instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Barbara Morrison - uto maintain non -conforming house at 73 <br />Blake Rd. which would ve an 18.3 ft. side yard on Boulder Rd. instead <br />of the required 20 ft. and a 22.3 ft. front yard on Blake Rd. instead <br />of the required 30 ft. Also, to construct an addition 25.3 ft. x 14.8 $t. <br />which would have sufficient side and rear yards. <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. - to erect a greenhouse adjacent to existing <br />greenhouse a�'Ieasanr-St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Ralph J. WIAte - granted <br />Men's Brotherhood of Hancock Church - granted <br />Richard R. Corazzini - granted <br />Oscar W. Carlson - granted <br />William P. Fitzgerald - denied <br />John E. Ward - granted <br />
