BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 5, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regalar meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Robin, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 5, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ripley and Ballard, and associate <br />members Hoyt and Tucker. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon <br />the following petitions: <br />Winthrop W. Harrin on - to subdivide lot #2 at 1894 Mass. Ave <br />and lot #TUU assaciusetts Ave., both of which lots have struc- <br />tures on them. Neither of the resulting lots would have sufficient area, <br />frontage or side yard. <br />M. J. Aruda --to erect a two-family house on parcel of land <br />between 18 a�bMurve St. with a setback of 20 ft instead of the re- <br />quired 30 'ft. <br />James P. Cassia - to vary Zoning By-law of the Town of Lexington <br />in order to mmove mat 312 Bedford St. to adjoining land, which he <br />owns, which.has no frontage on account of State taking. <br />Paul Usik - to build a two -car garage at 29 Pleasant St. which <br />would not_Vv_ees ficient rear and side yards. <br />Alfred Antonelli - to maintain house presently under construc- <br />tion at 29 Pearl St. which would have a 911" left-hand side yard instead <br />of the required 10 ft. <br />Robert E. Doran - to build a greenhouse of used steel, 21 ft. <br />x 84 ft. at 150as . <br />At the 'close of the hearings and Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached <br />Winthrop W. Harrington - granted <br />J. J. Aruda - granted <br />James P. Cassini - granted <br />Paul Usik - denied <br />Alfred Antonelli - granted <br />Robert E.
