3 2:5 . <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' June 60 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, Jane 6, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Ripley and Redman, and <br />associate member Tacker. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon <br />the following petitions: <br />Ernest E. Outhet - to install and operate a coin operated dry <br />cleaning este lis t a 180 Bedford St. <br />Ralph E. Schwartz - to install a separate kitchenette on first <br />floor of dwilling at 1bTouglas Rd. Said quarters to be used by motherr <br />in-law and father-in-law. <br />C. H. McGee - to build an addition to existing building at 311 <br />Merrett Rd. whic-E would not have sufficient side yard or parking area. <br />Norman C. Dahl William E. Haible arra William Osborne - to <br />build two tennis courts on parcel of land consisting1-86%100 acres <br />with access on Moreland Ave. and located between #2 Moreland Ave. and <br />14 Moon Hill Rd. <br />' Hancock Con re ational Church - to maintain free standing sign <br />416" x 7' on Churcb premises at IY12 Mass. Ave. <br />Dr. Sherwood Marnoy - to practice medicine in his residence at <br />15 Douglas Rd. <br />John H. Millican to construct an addition 69 ft. x 75 ft. to <br />existing greenhouses at 73 Hancock St. <br />James P. Cassim - to relocate house and stable presently front- <br />ing on 342 Bedford o parcel of land remaining after land -taking by <br />the State, which house and stable would have frontage on a so-called <br />street, "Brook St.", which has not been laid out, constructed nor ac- <br />cepted by the Town. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held durr <br />Ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Ernest E. Outhet - granted <br />Ralph E. Schwartz - denied <br />C. H. McGee - denied <br />Norman C. Dahl et al - granted <br />Hancock Congregational Church - granted <br />Dr. Sherwood Marnoy - granted <br />John H. Millican - granted <br />James P.
