BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 23� 19b1 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectments <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, May 23, 196V Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard and Redmond, and associate <br />members Duffy and Abbott. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon <br />the following petitions: <br />Gulf OiOilCho . - to maintain standing sign located at Rowe <br />Jackson, 39 Bedford St. <br />H E. Zieman - to construct an addition to a non -conforming <br />house at 107 Blossom St. which would have insufficient side yard. <br />Otis S. Brown, Jr. - to build an addition to existing dwelling <br />at 11 Diana ,anew ie would not have sufficient side yard. <br />Beatrice V. Lewis - to build two additions to a non-cdnforming <br />dwelling at 137V6odla which would not have sufficient side yard <br />or setback. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were made; <br />Gulf Oil Corp-igranted <br />Henry E. Zieman - granted <br />Otis S. Brown, Jr. - granted <br />Beatrice V.
