321 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 23, 1961 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday.. May 2, 1961. Present were <br />Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Emery, Ripley, Redmond and <br />Ballard. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions; <br />Mrs. Dorothy Fraser - to build an addition to a non -conforming <br />house at 108 Pleasant—gr— <br />Sun Oil Co. - to maintain existing sign at Massachusetts Ave. <br />and Fottler ve.w h property is owned by Peter J. and Anna C. Mc- <br />Donaugh. <br />Texaco Inc - to continue use of banjo pole and sign installed <br />at 326 Mass. .,%t Lexington. <br />Texaco Inc. - to continue use of banjo pole and sign installed <br />at Countryside.,Inc.., Lowell and Woburn Sts., Lexington. Permission to <br />continue use of one sign granted. <br />Mrs. Louise Finney - to subdivide parcel of land at 52 Fottler <br />' Ave into two lots., neither of which has two existing structures on it; <br />and also to erect dwelling on proposed second lot facing on Hillcrest <br />Ave. which would not have sufficient setback and rear yard, and maintain <br />existing garage on lot facing on Fottler Ave. which has insufficient side <br />yard. <br />Antho,RY Griecci - to remove fill in order to regrade rear por- <br />tion of lot at 115 Grove St. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held <br />during which the following decisions were reached: <br />Mrs. Dorothy Fraser - granted <br />Sun Oil Co. - granted <br />Texaco, Inc. - granted <br />Texaco, Inc. - granted for one sign <br />Mrs. Louise Finney - granted <br />Anthony Griecci - granted <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is <br />on file in each individual folder. <br />Ruth C.
